Math and Science Night Parent Volunteers Needed!

Dear Sayre Parents,

We currently have too few adult volunteers to operate effectively at this Thursady's Math and Science Night event. Our volunteer needs and the shifts are below. If you can spare time to help in one or more of these areas please let us know. Contact sayre@sayreffo.org if you can volunteer.

Volunteer Needs:

• Set-Up 4:30 - 5:30: We’ll need help setting up the food, photobooth, and helping the teachers get their rooms ready
• Welcome Table from 5:30 - 6:15; and 6:15 - 7:00: Serve as greeters, distribute goodie bags to the first 50 kids, and hand out raffle tickets.  
• Food Sales from 5:15 - 6:00; 6:00 - 6:45, and 6:45 - 7:30 (end food sales at 7:15 and start clean up): Help with set-up, food sales, supervising hospitality club helpers, and clean-up.   
• Clean Up: Other than putting away the welcome table and taking down the photobooth, there really shouldn’t be much clean up. If you can stay for a couple minutes after the event, that’d be great.
